Could someone tell me until when before the exam is that possible to change your test centre location? As well, is it free?

Is it possible to change my Exam site? Yes. The last day to change your Exam site for the May or November Exams are always the last day of registration; April 15th and October 15th, respectively.
Is there a fee to change my Exam site? No. There is no fee to change your Exam site.
